What a Beauty!
Jackie might very well be the smallest bird at the Refuge, but don’t let her hear that --- she’s full of personality.  She lets herself be heard, she flies wherever she wants to go.  She likes to be the center of attention. 

Jackie is a special needs bird; because of a dislocated fracture of one knee, she will be on medication for the rest of her life.  That does not faze her, she gets along very well.

Jackie was dumped at the local PETsMART and came to the Rescue.
