Our hours are 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST for phone calls for information not contained on this website. Do NOT call outside of these hours. Please respect these hours for the well-being of the birds we are caring for because late night calls are very disturbing to them.

We are a not-for-profit, no-kill parrot rescue, rehabilitation, education and adoption shelter.

We are accredited by the Association of Avian Rescue Organizations (AARO) and licensed by the Illinois Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Animal Welfare to provide for adoptions.  We are also a member of the Society of Animal Welfare Administrators.

Interested in becoming a member?  Annual memberships are available to help support our mission by making a $50 (minimum) donation.  Once received, we will send you login information.  To make the donation, you can send a check to us requesting membership or click on the donation button.
