Getting my feathers back
Good News!  Shadow was adopted in November 2009.  We shall publish all his antics in his new home soon!

Shadow only came to the Rescue early in November 2008.  He came with his Amazon buddy, Maxie.  He is a laid-back bird, plucking some of his feathers but we hope to work with him to not do that any more.  He loves women, steps up easily for a proffered arm, but is a little unsteady holding on.  He says 'Hello' in a deep voice and whistles his appreciation of attention.

Shadow is a big bird, appears to be chunky, but is a big grey bundle of affection.  Come and meet him.  Image
