A Refuge for Saving the Wildlife is pleased to announce a charitable contribution in the amount of $125,000 courtesy of ABC’s “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?” and Nikki Glaser.

Watch Episode On an episode of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?," on April 22, contestant Glaser was playing for a Refuge for Saving the Wildlife. Making her way up to question 12, Glaser chose to walk away with $125,000.

The volunteer-run facility is thrilled as the good news was announced during the coronavirus pandemic. The donation will go to bird food, toys, cages and veterinary care. The money is much needed this year due to the loss in boarding revenue from canceled vacation trips.

The refuge is thankful to have received this support that will go towards caring for its residents as they wait for a forever home.
