Comet

Comet is a sweetheart. Her biggest pleasure is to fly across the room, making a turn through the kitchen and into the living room, where she will sometimes sit down and wait for you to clean her cage and give her fresh food and water. Other times she will fly back and sit on the banister while you go about your business. As soon as you are done and you call her, she comes right back and flies into her cage. She used to be shy, but has developed a certain comfort level with most of the volunteers and will gladly take an almond and gives kisses in return.

Our Mission is Simple

To work in joint cooperation with all avian rescue groups to try and eliminate the need for rescue groups by educating the public about aviculture issues. Until that is accomplished, we will provide a sanctuary for those unfortunate parrots that are in need of a home.
