Angel 2

Hi! My name is Angel. Since there was already another Angel at the Refuge before I arrived, I am commonly referred to as Angel 2. I arrived at the Refuge in May of 2009.

People tell me I'm a big, handsome boy cockatoo and I tend to agree with them! I love to greet you with my "Hiii", which is not your typical "Hi". I have a nice little twist on how I say "Hiii" to people - trust me, you have to hear it. I am friendly but I tend to be a bit timid around new people. Once I am comfortable with you though, I love to cuddle.

I'm looking for my forever home. I need to go live with someone who has cockatoo experience and is able to read my body language. I'll tell you what I'm feeling - you just have to be observant enough to read it in my body language. Thanks for stopping by to check out my profile!

If you feel like we may be a good match, please contact the Refuge to find out more information about me.

Love,
Angel

Our Mission is Simple

To work in joint cooperation with all avian rescue groups to try and eliminate the need for rescue groups by educating the public about aviculture issues. Until that is accomplished, we will provide a sanctuary for those unfortunate parrots that are in need of a home.
