Dandy

Congrats to Dandy, who has been adopted by volunteers Wiwiana Markulis and her daughter, Kayleigh Markulis! Dandy fell in love with Wiwiana while being fostered by her family and Wiwiana knew Dandy had found her forever home. We're so happy for Dandy and the Markulis family!!
